There are by now around thirty posts in this squash video blog, and this is only the first to feature Mohd Azlan Iskandar.  Shame on me, but it also shows in what an undeveloped stage video sharing still is, there is not that much to be found about him.

With the McWil glass court sitting in the middle of a construction site, the NSA currently looks like beauty and the beast. 

Could this be the worst video squash lesson?

Ashaway Racket Strings has announced the signing of rising squash pro Daryl Selby to a three-year sponsorship agreement. While the terms of the agreement were not disclosed, Selby, who is currently ranked #9 by PSA, has long played with Ashaway's PowerNick® and recently switched to Ashaway's new Zyex-based UltraNick® 18.

I've had the good fortune to be in regular contact with Guy Cipriano, a well-known hardball and doubles squash player and aficionado. He and I don't always agree on all matters related to squash, but I have definitely come to respect and look forward to receiving his musings on the sport. We both hold to the same core belief: namely, that squash is a fantastic, wondrous, multi-layered game, and that we are privileged to play it.

An interesting video on Trinity squash's use of trancendental meditation I first saw at www.boaster.us (good work Brenden).

Nice quote at 6:00 mark, "the most important squash is played on the 6 inch court between their ears."

I enjoyed hearing the range views from the players, coaches and researchers and getting a glimpse into the college squash vibe by paying attention to images in the background of the video frame.

SquashZAG has been unavailable for several days.  The website domain expired while I was on a family camping vacation.  Talk about horrible timing.
